In conjunction with Imprint Projects and curated by Seb Carayol, I provided creative direction and exhibition design for this colorful and interactive exhibition. Hometown Hi-Fi tells a visual history of the origins of dub, dancehall, roots and reggae, using artifacts including King Tubby’s original sound system.

The design was inspired by the imagery and textures found in dub vinyl record sleeves and Jamaican signage, and environments where dub was born. Artists in the exhibition included Beth Lesser and Tero Kaski, King Jammy, Mad Professor and Ziggy Marley.
